• Payment is required before we begin creating custom orders.

• Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide an estimated timeline for completion and delivery.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We do our best to ship products quickly, but shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our hands.

• Shipping costs will be provided before finalizing your order.

• Because our jewelry and wreaths are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

• If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

• For freeze-dried candy, all sales are final due to the nature of the product.
